How to make Hair Strengthening Shampoo Bars
With this quick and easy to follow recipe, you can make your own hair strengthening shampoo bars!

Materials
Melt and Pour Shampoo Base Cleansing and conditioning solid shampoo suitable for all hair types, 125 grams 
Blackberry Powder - Fruit & Herbal Powder Extracts Antioxidant rich fruit extract for scalp protection and hydration, 3 grams 
Purple Brazilian Clay Natural colourant, assists in hair and scalp cleansing. 12 grams 
Coconut Virgin Oil Saturated oils such as Coconut diffuse into the hair shaft much easier than unsaturated fats. Lauric acid is particularly effective at binding with hair protein where it acts as a nutrient and conditioner, 5 grams 
Kangaroo Paw - Liquid Extracts [Glycerin Based] Natural source of ferulic acid, a natural antioxidant that protects vitamin C from premature oxidation. Scalp conditioning and microbiome protection. 3 grams 
Resurrection Essential Oil Blend Contains Rosemary oil which is well known for its hair strengthening properties and other nice essential oils, 2 grams

Instructions
- Weigh out the melt and pour base and heat it gently until it melts to a liquid.125 grams Melt and Pour Shampoo Base
- Remove from your heat source and sprinkle in the Blackberry fruit powder. Continue mixing until the powder is all dissolved and not clumpy.3 grams Blackberry Powder - Fruit & Herbal Powder Extracts
- Add the Purple Brazilian Clay and Coconut Virgin Oil. Re-heating will make mixing easier. (Coconut oil can solidify at room temperature)12 grams Purple Brazilian Clay, 5 grams Coconut Virgin Oil
- Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. (Kangaroo Paw Liquid Extract and Resurrection essential oil blend)3 grams Kangaroo Paw - Liquid Extracts [Glycerin Based], 2 grams Resurrection Essential Oil Blend
- Pour into your mould and set aside to cool for at least 3 hours.
You're finished! 🎉
- Remove from the mould
- Hop into your nearest shower, because it is time to use your own homemade hair strengthening shampoo bar!
Notes
Melt and Pour bases are sustainable, safe and convenient! For those that crave simplicity the base can be used as supplied by melting the base down to a liquid and then and pouring into your own portion controlled moulds. Once set, the bars are ready to use! Alternatively our bases can be customised with your choice of fragrance, colour, botanicals and more.
